We collect the details you give us when you create an account and use the site, such as your email, display name, profile, posts, purchases and uploads, so we can run 649 Sound Network.

Identity & safety details

We ask members for their legal first and last name, date of birth, island or country of residence, and phone number. These are required for entertainers and sellers and optional for fans. We collect them to keep the community safe, verify sellers, protect young members (members under 18 need a parent or guardian before selling), and respond to lawful requests from authorities. These details are private by default: only 649 founders and admins can see them, and each time staff view them it is recorded. You can choose to show some of them to other members; your date of birth is never shown, only your age if you choose. You can ask us to correct or delete these details at any time by messaging staff or emailing 649soundnetwork@gmail.com.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help run the site (such as payments and hosting) or when the law requires it.
