1. You are responsible for what you sell

The seller (entertainer or business) is fully responsible for what they sell. That includes owning the rights to their music and designs, accurate descriptions and prices, product quality, and delivering physical products to the buyer on time.

2. 649 is the platform, not the seller

649 Sound Network is a platform that connects sellers and fans. It is not the seller and is not responsible for a seller's products, delivery, refunds, or disputes between members, except where the law says otherwise.

3. Meeting and dealing with others

Members who meet, deal with or do business with anyone they found through 649 do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

4. Fees

649 keeps 10% of each sale; the seller keeps 90%.

5. Removing listings

649 can remove listings or accounts that break the rules or the law.

If these terms change, sellers are asked to agree again before their next upload.
